As little girls grow up they all love princesses, especially Cinderella. But many do not know that the story we all know and love is wrong. The story of a girl locked. in a tower by her evil stepmother and stepsisters is false. The actual story starts in a lovely mansion where she lived with her mother and father. A few years after Cinderella was born her mother died. Her father became a lonesome without a wife and he felt that Cinderella needed a mother figure in her life so he married his maid, Lady Tremaine. He had completely forgotten about Cinderella and her mother. Cinderella hated Lady Tremaine.
Lady Tremaine tried to reach out to Cinderella but she only pushed her away. Cinderella grew angry at her father for marrying Lady Tremaine so she locked herself in a tower to avoid any interaction with her father, stepmother, and stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella. About a year afterward the marriage, Cinderella’s father died unexpectedly leaving Lady Tremaine the guardian of Cinderella.
Cinderella stayed in her tower with only the company from mice. Occasionally she come out so she could give the stepsisters her clothes to wash and get food from Lady Tremaine. Being alone for so long made Cinderella mad so she started talking to the mice. Since Lady Tremaine is Cinderella’s guardian she felt it was necessary that she should watch out for Cinderella so Lady Tremaine so she gave Cinderella some simple chores to do around the house such as setting the table or making her bed. Cinderella believed that it was unreasonable amount of work that she had to do because in Cinderella’s eyes Lady Tremaine was still just a maid.
One day when Cinderella was talking to the mice,a carriage from the castle arrived at their house. They came to deliver an invitation to the grand ball. The grand ball was to help Prince Charming find a wife. Naturally Cinderella wanted to go but she did not have any elegant clothes that still fit her so she went to up the tower to make a dress. On her way up she realized that she should not need to make herself a dress when there were plenty of suitable dresses already made at the house. So she went in the Anastasia and Drizella’s room and took a beautiful pink dress.
Everyone was very excited for the ball and everyone looked so beautiful in their fancy dresses. They were almost ready to leave when Drizella recognized the dress. She would have been fine that Cinderella borrowed it if she had asked but she did not. Drizella was sick and tired of how selfish Cinderella was and she just snapped. Drizella start ripped the dress in to shreds so that Cinderella could no longer wear it.
Lady Tremaine was normally very patient and forgiving with Cinderella but this was the last straw. Lady Tremaine yelled at her for taking Drizella’s dress and locked her in the tower. Cinderella was determined to the ball so after they left she picked the from the inside and ran all the way to the castle. When she got there she saw a little old women selling clothes outside the castle door. She realized that her dress was still ripped. She she bought and overpriced, unoriginal, blue dress with a pair of uncomfortable, transparent, glass heels. Without the invitation she had to sneak in and change before she could see the prince.
When she got inside she saw Anastasia talking to the Prince and it seemed to be going very well for her. The Prince seemed to be liking her alot. Cinderella wanted him all to herself so she stomped over there and demanded that he would marry her at once. Since he had already chosen Anastasia he ordered the guards to escort her out, but Cinderella would not take no for an answer. She took her she a threw her shoe at the Prince. While people were checking if the Prince was safe Cinderella ran out of the castle and back to the tower.
The next day the royal guards went to the tower to match the shoe with her foot. When the arrived they had to break down the door to get inside. They were about to measure her foot when they found the other shoe. Cinderella was arrested at once for throwing a shoe at royalty. Then Anastatia and Prince Charming were married at once.
